A Detailed Project Specification

Working with you we will aid you in the nuanced planning of your project, highlighting all areas that need consideration so that all the finer details are accounted for when the project is put out to tender – reducing the risk of unexpected costs once on site.

A Fully Managed Tender Process

The next stage will be to add drawings, SE calculations and details to create your Tender Package. This will then be sent out to our list of handpicked, qualified, certified and proven construction professionals, plus we will vet and invite to tender any that you would like to include. Undertaking all communication, receiving and analysing all quotations, we make sure the process is completed efficiently and without delay – saving you valuable time.

A Brokerage Between You
& The Builder

Once quotations are analysed, we will work on your behalf to make sure all points are covered and negotiate to ensure a fair and inclusive price. At the contract stage we can provide the relevant documentation to protect your position – saving you money, before you even start.

Contract Management

Once on site, we can manage the contract, regular site visits will ensure works are completed in line with the plans and contract, and to appropriate standards. Managing any variation orders and schedule changes. We will keep an ongoing financial account, assessing invoices for payment so that you are not paying for work that hasn’t been completed or isn’t to standard – saving you stress and worry throughout the project.

Snagging Assessment & Handover

At the final and finishing stages of the project we can provide a detailed and definitive snagging service that will clearly highlight, and document, appropriate snags maintaining quality and a high standard of finish. We will also assist with the handover process ensuring you have all the appropriate documentation and that all works are completed, and final account satisfied so you can enjoy your new home – meaning momentum is maintained until the very end, ensuring a quality of finish with all loose ends tied up neatly.
